Mention things from the organization's history, and state its mission statement and goals. Take a critical look over their competitiveness in the market. Shed some thoughts on the ongoing projects of the organization.
 

3. What are your strengths and why do you think they are strengths?

Now is your time to prove your worth to the recruiter. Start speaking by highlighting the skills and qualities required for that specific position you are applying for. Explain how your expertise will be an asset to the organization and how it will add value to the position.

 

6. What are your expectations from us regarding salary?

Market experts recommend not to answer this question. Because if you mentioned any figures and they were unrealistic and overwhelming the interviewer will automatically judge you for being overconfident and ignorant of the knowledge of the industry. So it is recommended to read and gain data from the actual market or online websites like global salary surveys and then give a minimum figure to the recruiter. It gives you a chance to negotiate.
